Research Projects
Beyond peer-reviewed publications, my research includes longer-form investigative projects that bridge academic evidence with community knowledge. These projects are written for both academic and general audiences.

The Invisible Half
A five-part research series examining a decade of academic literature on Rohingya women’s experiences in displacement. Drawing on a systematic review of 34 studies published between 2014 and 2025, this series translates complex research findings into accessible knowledge for Muslim communities and the wider public. It covers maternal health, gender-based violence, mental health, livelihoods, and the Islamic ethical dimensions of care and justice.
